Sustainable Business Support

SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS SUPPORT

Everything all in one package. We design with you a complete support service to help you transform your business, helping you to integrate sustainability into your operations. The support can last for up to two years to give you time to see the changes through. Key components of the SBS package are:

Preparatory planning of the package with key staff.

This may involve some facilitated meetings in order to properly assess what support is required. The output here is an agreed plan and timetable for the whole project.

Initial energy and waste assessment

We use our energy and waste check-up to generate a baseline for your future environmental work.

Consultation with staff

A range of facilitated meetings and workshops to build support and generate ideas and solutions to issues identified in the check-up.

Production of a sustainable business strategy

USEA can either produce for you, or provide you with the framework and  guidance to produce your own strategy to include a project programme.

Support with strategy implementation, including training and facilitation

USEA will handle all aspects of project management or work with you to fill gaps in specific areas.

Regular update meetings and status reports

Monthly or quarterly meetings with our staff to monitor progress. We will provide an annual report covering agreed aspects of the SBS service.

Phone and e-mail support

Any questions or problems as you progress through the SBS programme, just contact us. It's all included in the service.
